Our Best Congressman Thomas Massie Explains How they 'Vote" for Funding
If you’re not aware of who Thomas Massie, Republican Representative in the House from Kentucky, then there are few better clips to introduce you to him with than this one. He is by far the best member of congress we have; he has the Republican party affiliation but that does him a disservice, he votes as a Libertarian would, and that is a no vote 90% of the time, because we don’t need the government to do any more than it is already doing. He was the only No vote on the ridiculous covid bills totaling over $6 trillion dollars, he is an actual genius with multiple degrees from MIT, he is an inventor and lives in an off-grid home in Kentucky when he is not forced to be in DC. Worst of all for his collogues he understands the cliff that we are careening off of in terms of national debt and fiscal irresponsibility and here he explains why we are in that position and calls them out for preparing to do exactly what they always do and dig us deeper in this hole of debt. A number that he represents on a pin that he made that has the US debt clock ticking away adding another trillion dollars every 100 days. In case you were wondering how it works, have a listen to Rep. Massie, and whenever you need to know if a bill is any good, see how Massie voted on it and typically he is correct, although I don’t agree with anyone all the time, but he always has a well thought out reason based in principle as to why he voted a certain way.
